Thanks to the gentleman that started the "pay it forward" with the purchase of a cupcake.
It was pretty neat. One gentleman purchased a cupcake for the next stranger and it created
a "pay it forward" scenario for five customers.

(a Hallmark production) is being filmed Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

Our bakery will be featured in the movie as a toy store.

NEWS!

Our search is over! Colin and I have been looking for just the right location to house Pastry Peddler. Our mission is now accomplished and we are opening a bakery!
It is in a little town that Colin and I have discussed opening a bakery many times over the last few years and believe it is the right spot for us. We are very excited to share our news with our friends, family and customers. (It has been tough keeping it a secret). We are hoping to be ready and open for business for the beginning of September but will keep you posted of our progress. We will continue with the Farmers' Market in Peterborough as it is such a great venue and have met so many wonderful people there. Look for us on the main street in Millbrook, Ontario just a short drive down the 115 to the rolling hills and picturesque little village. We will be in Millbrook this Thursday, August 5th for Millbrook's annual ladies night between 5-9pm.

Pastry Peddler has been baking up a storm and trying new menu items. This past week Colin made the most fantastic cake. Check it out this weekend. Look for our new " Coffee Crackle" and you won't be disappointed.

Ironing out some kinks

We have discovered a couple of errors on our brochure by trial and error.
The number of biscotti in a bag is actually 24 pieces not a bakers dozen and the pie size is still yet to be determined?
We are trying some new items this week that we will add to our brochure at a later date and we hope that you like what we have in store.
